Anuradha Thakur, born on 12 April 1970, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. from Delhi University, a Certificate in Development Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Certificate in French from Himachal Pradesh University. Currently, she serves as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance since 18 April 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Adviser to Executive Director, Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Special Secretary. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
