Anuradha Mansingh, a 1970 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre, was born on November 22, 1946. She holds a postgraduate degree in English literature and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Chairperson, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Additional Development Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Her most recent designation was Chairperson in Gujarat from May 29, 2004, to November 30, 2006. She also served in the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Cabinet Secretariat. She is now retired from the Indian Administrative Service.
