Anuradha Mansingh, born on 22 November 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1970 Gujarat cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in English literature and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Chairperson, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Additional Development Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, and Assistant Collector. From 29 May 2004 to 30 November 2006, she was Chairperson at Gujarat. She was associated with the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention under the Cabinet Secretariat.
