Anupama Singh, born on 28 September 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, she serves as the Joint Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department of Bihar, a position she has held since 20 May 2025. Previously, she worked as a District Development Commissioner (DDC). Anupama Singh continues to contribute to public administration within her cadre.
