Anupam Saha, born on June 5, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha since February 6, 2026. Previously, he has held the position of SPD. He is proficient in English and Oriya (Odia). Anupam Saha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Odisha.
