Anupam Saha, born on June 5, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha since February 6, 2026. His previous roles include State Project Director, Collector and District Magistrate, Project Director, and Sub Collector. Proficient in English and Oriya (Odia), Anupam Saha continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha. He remains in active service.
