Anupam Anand, born on 5 July 1976, is a 2000 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in History (Honors), an M.A. in International Politics from JNU, New Delhi, and an EMPA from Maxwell School, Syracuse University. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN SPACe), Department of Space, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, since 15 January 2026. His previous roles include Commissioner, Labour Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, and District Development Officer. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
