Anuj Kumar Bishnoi, born on May 2, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in LL.B. Law, Graduate Physics, and P.G. Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Chief Electoral Officer, Joint Secretary, Director General, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers from April 27, 2016, to May 31, 2017. Bishnoi’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles within the government.
