Anu George, born on 15 April 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a B.A., M.A., and M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, she serves as Secretary - IV to the Chief Minister at the CM office in Chennai since 7 May 2021. Her previous roles include Director, Joint Secretary, District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, Additional Collector, Sub Collector, and Executive Magistrate. Anu George is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
