Anshuman Raj, born on April 6, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Managing Director and Director at the State Wide Area Network (SWAN) and SCSIRT department in Madhya Pradesh since September 15, 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of CEO. Fluent in Hindi, Anshuman Raj continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
