Anshul Singh, born on March 11, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from PEC, Chandigarh. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of Almora, Uttarakhand, a position he has held since October 12, 2025. Previously, he worked as Vice Development Authority. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
