Anshul Gupta, born on 15 April 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from N.A. BHUIIT. Currently, he serves as the District Election Officer at Kolkata (North) since 7 March 2026. His previous roles include CEO and Special Secretary. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, Anshul Gupta continues to contribute to public administration in West Bengal.
