Anshul Garg, born on 22 December 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi. Currently serving as the Divisional Commissioner in the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department since 5 August 2025, Garg has previously held positions including Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Junior Scale officer. He was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration in 2020 for his work in the Aspirational District Programme in Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir. He continues to serve in the IAS.
