Anoop Kumar Agrawal, born on July 1, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Jalpaiguri Division since April 2, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, President and CEO, Private Secretary, Project Director, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Additional Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Chairman, and Additional Executive Officer. He continues to be in service.
