Annie Kanmani Joy, born on April 23, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Karnataka cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Nursing from the University of Kerala. Currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, she has held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Resident Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Kannada, she continues to contribute to public administration.
