Annapurna Garg, born on 04 May 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as Special Secretary in the Appointment and Personnel Department at Lucknow, a position she assumed on 27 August 2024. Prior to this, she held the role of Assistant Secretary. Annapurna Garg continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
