Ankur Kaushik, born on 27 July 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Roads Development Agency (UPRRDA), a position he has held since 23 December 2025. Prior to this, he served as Chief Development Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
