Ankur Kaushik, born on 27 July 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Roads Development Agency (UPRRDA), a position he has held since 23 December 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Development Officer. Ankur Kaushik continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the development initiatives within Uttar Pradesh.
