Currently, she serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, a position she has held since October 27, 2025. Prior to this role, she worked as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Ankita Agarwal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
