Ankit, born on October 2, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Currently, he serves as the District Collector at Bhadradri Kothagudem since February 26, 2026. Prior to this role, he was the Additional Collector (Local Bodies). Ankit continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
