Anjuly Chib Duggal, born on 27 August 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Punjab cadre. She holds a graduate degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Psychology. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Resident Commissioner. She was a member of the State Investment Promotion Commission and held roles such as Chief Coordinator and Executive Director. Her most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Financial Services from 31 August 2015 to 31 August 2017.
