Anil Verma, born on 28 December 1965, is a 1989 batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre. He currently serves as Director General at the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute (NSATI) since 19 February 2024. His educational qualifications include a Graduate degree in Chemistry, a Postgraduate degree in Economics, and a Certificate in French. Throughout his career, he has held various positions such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary, Director, District Magistrate, and Chairman. He is a recipient of the Census Silver Medal and is proficient in Bengali, English, French, and Hindi.
