Anil Raj Rai, born on June 19, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Machines and Design. Currently, he is the Secretary at the Food and Civil Supplies Department in Gangtok, a position he assumed on June 17, 2024. Mr. Rai continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Sikkim.
