Anil Kumar Thakur, born on August 15, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Master of Science degree in Physics. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary at Patna in the BC and EBC Welfare Department, a position he has held since January 30, 2024. Mr. Thakur continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and welfare initiatives within his department.
