Anil Kumar Singhal, born on November 6, 1970, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Collector, Project Officer, Special Chief Secretary to the Governor Secretariat, Principal Secretary, Officer on Special Duty, Private Secretary, Director, Executive Officer, CEO, and Additional Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Telugu. As of February 2, 2026, he is awaiting posting and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
