Anil Kumar Singh, born on April 23, 1969, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering, M.E., and an M.B.A. from the University of Ljubljana. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Public Works (R and B) Department of Jammu and Kashmir since July 12, 2025. His extensive career includes roles such as Divisional Commissioner, Development Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. Fluent in English and Hindi, Anil Kumar Singh continues to contribute to public administration in his current capacity.
