Anil Kumar Khachi, born on 22 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1986 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department and held the position of Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh from 1 January 2020 to 4 August 2021. His academic background includes P.G. NGIPS, Tokyo International Development, Graduate Economics, and P.G. Economics. Throughout his career, he held various roles including Secretary, Adviser, Principal Secretary & Resident Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Managing Director, Director, Excise Commissioner, and Additional Chief Secretary.
