Anil Kumar Khachi, born on 22 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1986 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, with his most recent designation as Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh from 1 January 2020 to 4 August 2021.
