Anil Kumar-ii, born on 19 May 1966, is a 1989 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Currently serving as Chairman at the Board of Revenue UP in Lucknow since 2 September 2024, he has held various key positions including Principal Secretary Equivalent, Labour Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, and District Magistrate. His extensive experience spans roles such as Secretary to Government, Commissioner and Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Project Director, and Chief Executive Officer. Proficient in Assamese, English, French, and Hindi, Anil Kumar-ii continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
