Anil Kumar, born on 15 December 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1962 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Philosophy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Director, Administrator, Deputy Secretary, Controller, CEO, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Collector, and Junior Scale. His most recent designation was Officer on Special Duty to the Minister in the Finance Department of Maharashtra. Anil Kumar’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
