Anil Kumar, born on August 5, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he serves as the Director at the Information and Public Relations Department, Bihar, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Previously, he has served as Collector and District Magistrate. Anil Kumar continues to be in service, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
