Anil Gopishankar Mukim, born on 15 August 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat from September 2020 to August 2021. His extensive experience encompasses roles such as Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary, Chief Vigilance Officer, Joint Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, Managing Director, Special Commissioner, District Collector, Director, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. His service reflects a broad administrative tenure within the Gujarat government.
