Angel Bhati Chauhan, born on 27 November 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Medical Sciences from Rajasthan University of Health Science. Currently, she is the Director at Delhi in the Higher Education Department, a position she has held since 16 February 2026. Previously, she served as Deputy Commissioner. Angel is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
