Aneeta C. Meshram, an IAS officer of the 1996 batch from Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on 08/12/1971. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology from Panjab University Chandigarh, M.B.A. in Management from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, and M.P.A. in Public Policy from University of Birmingham. A proficient linguist in English and Hindi, she currently serves as the Additional Secretary at Shastri Bhawan.
