Aneeta C. Meshram, an IAS officer of the 1996 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on December 8, 1971. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology from Panjab University, an M.B.A. in Management from Kurukshetra University, and an M.P.A. in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham. Currently, she serves as Additional Secretary in the President's Secretariat, New Delhi, since December 31, 2025. Her extensive career includes roles such as Joint Secretary, Principal Staff Officer, Divisional Commissioner, Secretary in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, District Collector and Magistrate, and various other administrative positions. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
