Aneeta C. Meshram, an IAS officer of the 1996 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on December 8, 1971. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology from Panjab University Chandigarh, an M.B.A. in Management from Kurukshetra University, and an M.P.A. in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Staff Officer, Divisional Commissioner, Secretary in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, State Project Coordinator, Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, and other administrative roles. As of April 14, 2026, she is awaiting
