Aneesh Dasgupta, born on March 9, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Metallurgy Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate at Bankura, a position he has held since March 7, 2026. Prior to this, he worked as an Additional District Magistrate. Aneesh Dasgupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
