Aneesh Dasgupta, born on March 9, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Metallurgy Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate at Bankura, a position he assumed on March 7, 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Additional District Magistrate. Aneesh Dasgupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
