Andra Vamsi, born on 13 August 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Jawahar Lal Nehru Technological University, Andhra Pradesh. Currently, he serves as Private Secretary to the State Minister at the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, since 29 August 2024. His previous roles include Special Secretary, Additional Inspector General, District Magistrate, Director, Mission Director, Additional Registrar, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate/Sub Collector, and Assistant Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
