Anbamuthan M P, born on 19 September 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Assam Meghalaya cadre. Currently serving as Secretary since 21 October 2022, he is also the Project Director of ARNIP and ASRIP (additional charge) and CEO of GMDA (additional charge) within the Public Works (Roads) Department. Fluent in Tamil, Anbamuthan continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities in his cadre.
