Anand Subhashlal Bhandari, born on June 3, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture. Currently serving as the Additional Settlement Commissioner at Pune since June 5, 2024, he works within the Land Records department. Mr. Bhandari continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions in his designated role.
