Anand Singh, born on January 1, 1974, is a 2000 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre. Currently serving as Senior Adviser Joint in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Washington, D.C. (since July 21, 2023), he holds a B.E. and two master’s degrees from the University of Sussex. His past roles include Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary & Mission Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, Project Director, and Sub Collector. Fluent in English and Hindi, Anand Singh continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service with a career spanning multiple key administrative positions.
