Anand Mohan Tiwari, born on June 3, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Botany and a postgraduate degree in Zoology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Expert, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, District Development Officer, Under Secretary, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Managing Director at Gujarat from February 17, 2016, to June 30, 2019. He was associated with the Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers during his service.
