Anand Kumar Singh II, born on January 20, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he serves as Managing Director and Dairy Commissioner of the Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Dairy Federation in Lucknow, a position he assumed on July 14, 2023. His previous roles include Managing Director and Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Uttar Pradesh government, contributing to the state's administrative functions.
