Anand Kishor, born on November 6, 1971, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, a position he assumed on September 25, 2023. Throughout his career, Anand Kishor has held various key roles, including Chairman and Principal Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
