Amritlal Meena, born on 15 August 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. A graduate in Electrical Engineering, he served in various capacities within the Bihar State administration. His roles included District Collector and District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, Deputy Development Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary General, and Agricultural Production Commissioner. He held the position of Chief Secretary of Bihar from 31 August 2024 to 31 August 2025. Mr. Meena is proficient in English and Hindi.
