Amrit Singh, born on 23 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Sociology from Delhi University, along with an M.A. in Economics from IGNOU. Currently, she serves as the Director Employment Generation in the Department of Skill Development and Training since 14 October 2023. Her previous roles include Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Secretary, Under Secretary, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Secretary, and Director. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Amrit Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
