Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate of Khordha, Odisha, a position he has held since July 22, 2025. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. Amrit Ruturaj continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
