Amrisha Bains, born on 19 September 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University. Currently, she is the Collector and District Magistrate of Arwal, Bihar, a position she has held since 10 December 2025. Prior to this role, she served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Amrisha Bains continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
