Amit Talwar, born on 18 August 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a Master in Public Policy and a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Punjab Health System Corporation since 3 March 2025, Talwar has previously held the position of Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance within Punjab.
