Amit Talwar, born on 18 August 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a Master in Public Policy and a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Punjab Health System Corporation (PHSC) since 3 March 2025. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Managing Director and Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
