Amit Kumar Sharma, born on December 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Veterinary Science degree from UP Tech University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Kinnaur, Reckong Peo, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since February 3, 2024. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
