Amit Kumar Pandey, born on 25 August 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and an M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Director at the State Health Society, Bihar, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. His previous roles include Director, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, and Collector and District Magistrate. Fluent in English and Hindi, Amit Kumar Pandey continues to contribute to public administration in Bihar.
