Amit Kumar Pandey, born on 25 August 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 Bihar cadre. He holds a Graduate and M.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Director at the State Health Society, Bihar, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. His previous roles include Director, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, and Collector and District Magistrate. Fluent in English and Hindi, Amit Kumar Pandey continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
