Ambica Prasad Mishra, born on January 31, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Odisha cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, and District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Higher Education Department, a role he held from August 17, 2011, to January 31, 2012. Mr. Mishra’s tenure in the IAS reflects his extensive experience in administrative roles within the Odisha cadre.
