Amarpal Singh, born on 18 December 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Punjab cadre. Over his career, he held several key positions including Director, Special Secretary, State Transport Commissioner, Managing Director, and Director. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Energy Development Agency from 23 August 2023 to 31 December 2023. His extensive experience spans various administrative roles within the Punjab government.
