Amarjeet Sinha, born on December 4, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Adviser, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Director, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Chairman, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Divisional Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Adviser at the Prime Minister's Office in New Delhi from February 21, 2020, to August 2, 2021.
