Amarendra Kumar Dubey, born on January 1, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Botany, a PG Diploma in Management, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Officer on Special Duty. His most recent position was Secretary of the Youth Affairs and Sports Department from October 1, 2016, to December 31, 2018. Dubey's extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles across government departments.
