Amar Nath Upadhyay, born on January 6, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Handicapped Empowerment Department at Lucknow since July 1, 2024, he continues to contribute to public administration. Mr. Upadhyay remains an active member of the IAS, dedicated to his service in the Uttar Pradesh government.
